Personal struggles and feeling there were a lack of affordable options to preventatively protect our mental health, lead to the creation and movement of The Happiness Review. A daily check-in, to help play prevent defense for you mental health, similar to brushing your teeth or taking your vitamins. The Happiness Review is a daily reminder to check-in and see how you're feeling mentally, and why.
