The Happiness Review is a lifestyle choice. Happiness is different for everyone and we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live their happiest, most fulfilling life. Personal struggles and feeling there were a lack of affordable options to preventatively protect our mental health, lead to the creation and movement of The Happiness Review. A daily check-in, to help play prevent defense for you mental health, similar to brushing your teeth or taking your vitamins. The Happiness Review is a daily reminder to check-in and see how you're feeling mentally, and why.

By wearing our clothing, you are helping to spread kindness, mental health awareness, and happiness to everyone around you! Our goal is provide relief, insight, and hope, to our fellow humans that there is a bright light that shines within all of us!
