What Is The Happiness Review?

The Happiness Review is a lifestyle choice. Happiness is different for everyone and we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to live their happiest, most fulfilling life. Personal struggles and feeling there were a lack of affordable options to preventatively protect our mental health, lead to the creation and movement of The Happiness Review. A daily check-in, to help play prevent defense for you mental health, similar to brushing your teeth or taking your vitamins. The Happiness Review is a daily reminder to check-in and see how you're feeling mentally, and why.

 

On a scale of 1-10 (Decimals Included) where is your HAPPINESS today? There are NO wrong answers. Happiness is NOT one-size-fits-all.

By wearing our clothing, you are helping to spread kindness, mental health awareness, and happiness to everyone around you! Our goal is provide relief, insight, and hope, to our fellow humans that there is a bright light that shines within all of us! When you wear your happiness gear loud and proud, you are radiating happiness. You are supporting everyone that you come into contact with, whether you know it or not! Your SMILE can make somebody's day.

1% of all proceeds will be donated to help support Mental Health and to promote Mental Health Awareness. ALL remaining proceeds will be directly invested into the growth, advancement, and community that The Happiness Review is creating.
